Yes! Once the order is sent out, you will be receiving email notification on the shipment together with the tracking number. With the tracking number, you will be able to track the order status by “Order Tracking”.
This indicated that the tracking information hasn’t been updated in the online tracking system in time, though the actual shipping status may have already been updated. Sometimes weather is an issue and sometimes packages just aren't scanned into the carrier's system at intermediary stop, so it looks like there is no update or nothing happening to the delivery. It is not uncommon that courier company skip packages scan. Kindly allow within 1-2 days for the shipping details to be updated and try again to see if the information has been updated.
