At GRAPHYISM, we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. Our warranty policy lasts for 30 days of the date the order is received. If your item doesn't arrive at the expected date, lost in transit, doesn't match the description or it is defective, we would provide an replacement for you and no refund will be issued.Please note that the delivered date would be based on the delivered date shown on the tracking system. However, our return and exchange policy does not apply for following reasons: 

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect Addresses Provided by Customers

Terms & Conditions for Returns + Exchanges:

  • Only valid for 30 days from the date received. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Item must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Returned item must be unworn or 100% new. We do not allow exchange or refunds if the item is not in its original condition or a defect is caused by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns or exchange and the cost associated with the shipment.

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • Coupons won't be refunded

  • Costs for return shipping are borne by sender.

  • Item can be return back at your expense

Return and Exchange Guide:

  1. Please contact our customer service team to request return authorization and the return instruction guide.

  2. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service team.

  3. graphyism will send you an email to notify you once we have received your returned item and inspect on the matter.If a return does not come back in the condition it was sent out (i.e not in original packaging or condition), a refund may be denied (or additional charges may apply)

  4. Exchanges will be processed once we received and inspect the returned items.We will then proceed your refund of the purchase price in store credit for your returned items. For order which applicable for refund direct to payment card (if applicable), once we proceed with refund and the refund is approved and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within certain amount of days ($5 minimum charges applies). Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout. 

Request for Changes

Once your order has been submitted, changes can only be made within 12 hours after placing the order. If you would like to make any changes (if applicable), changes made is subject to a $5 administrative and handling fees.

Changes made after 12 hours of order made will not be allowed as the order have been processed and cannot be cancelled once the item has been made for you.

In this case NO REFUND will be issued. Customer will have to place a new order.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
